When somebody puts their life savings, their heart and their soul into opening a business (franchise or not), the business becomes a part of them, of their family. This is something that happens to franchise teams too, as they go through the setup and opening process with every single franchisee from both a physical and emotional perspective.
At least, that’s the case at Hey Baby 4D. We have an incredible team of people – both in our head office and in the wider group, and we are so incredibly proud of the way they have reacted to this unprecedented situation that has seen many of our clinics closing their doors.
Our Franchise Team have been working tirelessly with me, day and night, to help write new policies and processes, and to help me prepare the information we are disseminating to our franchisees on a daily basis. They have worked through the night to create graphics for our franchisee’s social platforms, update websites, and to help me support our franchisees both emotionally and commercially throughout this time.
As this situation becomes more and more real, we learn more about the likelihood of what will happen if we don’t work together as a country to prevent the spread. Our franchisees have all pulled together to share ideas, best practice and again, emotional support.
Our clinics in Stalybridge, Hull and Southend have already offered their clinic space to their local NHS hospitals, which we hope could allow them a safe space to scan vulnerable women.
From the entire group at Hey Baby 4D, we would like to thank every single one of our NHS staff and key workers for everything they are doing to save lives and keep our country going right now. If there is anything that we or our clinics can do to help you, please get in touch!
