##Martin Horwood MP presented FSB’s Rising Star Award to Pitman Training Cheltenham
“We are delighted that Cheltenham MP, Martin Horwood, presented the FSB Cheltenham Rising Star Award to Pitman Training Cheltenham today” commented Tim Calway, Chairman of the FSB Cheltenham Branch. “Kath and Kevin Daws, who run Pitman Training in Cheltenham, are a good example of a small business that has had to work hard to succeed.

We presented this award to them because we wanted to recognise their achievements, including more than doubling their turnover in the last 12 months. Kevin and Kath opened Pitman Training Cheltenham in 2011 when we were at the bottom of the recession and we are delighted that they have survived and prospered. We hope that their success will inspire and encourage other small businesses in Cheltenham and Gloucestershire during these difficult times.”
