#McDonalds launches new TV ad campaign

They never seem to struggle when it comes to innovative advertising campaigns. And McDonalds are set to get tongues wagging once again with their latest campaign.

A new TV campaign has been launched that will focus on the famous unpredictable weather in Britain. The point of this focus is to celebrate the fact that McDonalds are using British Sourced ingredients as part of their sponsorship of the 2012 Olympic Games to be held in London.

The campaign will show the British public the farms that supply the produce for the McDonalds menu. The farms in the advert are located in Derbyshire, Cumbria and Staffordshire and they supply McDonalds with their organic milk, free range eggs and their potatoes.

The McDonalds franchise has used the advert to represent things that are famously British – the farming and the unpredictable weather.

In recent years, the McDonalds franchise has put a lot of effort into changing its image and reputation. And rather than being immediately associated with junk food and weight gain, McDonalds is now respected for its extensive menu which offers customers the healthy option should they choose it.

The franchise is hoping that this latest advert will really make people aware of the care that goes into producing the ingredients that supply McDonalds.
