#New Appointments At National Home Care Provider Caremark
Caremark, a national home care provider, has begun the new year by adding to the skilled support it delivers to its franchised network, both centrally and in the field.
Two key members of the management team have been awarded promotions within the company - Anne O’Rourke, previously National Support Manager heading up a team of four in-field regional managers, was promoted to Operations Director for Caremark Limited. Alongside this, Paul Richards, formerly the Regional Support Manager for the Midlands area, was promoted to International Development Manager at Caremark International.
Anne O’Rourke is now responsible for managing the UK business, while Paul Richards will be concentrating exclusively on developing Caremark’s business opportunities in overseas markets.
New staff to join the Support Team were Phil Mason, taking up the post of Regional Support Manager for the Midlands area, Lorraine Hawkes appointed as Support and Administration Co-ordinator and Kayleigh Bailey, appointed as General Office Assistant.
Phil Mason brings a wealth of experience with him, having had a successful background in the management of staff recruitment for residential and domiciliary care sectors. His new post will see most of his time in the Midlands area, visiting and supporting his franchisees within his region.
Lorraine Hawkes and Kayleigh Bailey join the dedicated Support Team at Caremark’s central support offices in Worthing, West Sussex.
As a home care provider with a network of offices throughout the UK, Ireland and within Malta, the new appointments will ensure the continuation of dedicated and skilled support to the growing network of franchisees.
Caremark provide care and support services to people of all ages, abilities and ethnicities who would like to continue living independently at home and who require some support to do so.
