#On Demand Communications establishes new service to help franchise owners
Franchise companies, Kall Kwik and Prontaprint recently established a customised web-to-print service to make things a lot easier for its franchise owners and clients as well. On Demand Communications who owns both Kall Kwik and Prontaprint, developed the service to provide clients with a way to access an online gateway 24/7 where they can view pre-approved artwork templates and personalise them, place print orders, request quotes and even pay by invoice or credit card.
This new service is sure to suit big organisations like multi-site operators and franchises as it will allow individual businesses to order customised printed material that have their literature within brand guidelines, yet will be at local level.
CEO of On Demand Communications, Kealan Lennon said that the company recently recognised a prospect in the marketplace for a facility that offered web-to-print services. Since the pilot of the service obtained excellent feedback from current franchise owner, they thought it was a great tool for sales and to lure and keep high value customers.
Many clients who used the service also found that it was cost and time effective because they could personalise and also order printed material at local level. This helped to reduce wastage and administration and provided significant savings.
Matthew Day, Chief Technology Officer of On Demand Communications who implemented the web-to-print facility said that the service includes many client benefits like better transparency on costs, improved workflow and job tracking. In addition to this, it also enables franchise owners to enhance the services they provide and streamline their operations.
