Following significant growth during 2016, the UK’s most established healthcare franchise, Kare Plus has provided over 1,200,000 hours of care to communities across England and Wales in the first 11 months of the year. Even with December’s hours to be calculated in the New Year, Kare Plus’ franchise owners have increased their service offering by over 500,000 hours compared to 2015 – with strong growth in all areas of the multi-service offering, including nurses, HCAs and home care services. Alongside the increased hours of care, there has also been a 200% increase in nurses and a 335% increase in carers recruited across the network – resulting in the highest levels of recruitment ever during November. Following the record-breaking year, Kare Plus Director of Operations, Dominic Rothwell said: “I am delighted that Kare Plus and its network of franchised businesses has gone from strength to strength this year. This is the result of much hard work and represents a dedication to sourcing the highest calibre of staff and a tireless approach to delivering the highest standards of customer service.” With one month of the year still to go, the healthcare franchise is set to experience even more growth before the year is out and, with nurse shortages and an ever-increasing need for post-hospital care services, Kare Plus is set to break even more records in 2017.
