##Seriously FUN Swimming Schools Welcomes New Executive-Level Franchise Director
Seriously FUN Swimming Schools is delighted to announce and welcome Simon Mills in the company’s newly created role as Franchise Director. Mills will be responsible for franchise development, working alongside the expanding franchise network in the UK and Ireland, as well as general management responsibilities.

Mills joins the Seriously FUN team from American franchise powerhouse The Dwyer Group, well known in the UK with brands including Drain Doctor, Molly Maids and Rainbow International. The Dwyer Group is a provider of speciality services the residential and commercial sectors through more than 2,100 franchises in 10 countries. It was there that Mills served as Franchise Developer during his successful tenure working on the business development team, specifically targeting new and existing trade businesses.

Mills started in franchising as a franchisee for The Original Poster Company in 1991. Here was appointed Sales Director in 2001 and was part of the core team that increased the company’s net profit and developed the business into Europe, North America and Australia. Mills was recognised for exceptional sales achievements while working with more than 220 franchisees in 12 countries, supplying 26,000 retail shops. He gained further experience as a Senior Franchise Consultant at Horwarth Franchising, now known as The Franchising Centre, one of Europe’s leading franchise consulting practices, and advised leading sports, restaurant and service brands.

Mills attained Qualified Franchise Professional status, accredited by the British Franchise Association, in 2011.
