##Zine Urges You To Embrace Your Digital Future
Zine is launching a Digital Futures Skills Development Campaign to encourage local people to develop the skills we need for future high value job creation in Teesdale.

As Alan Bradley, Zine Managing Director explained: “Over the last 12 months a 600% growth in user traffic to websites from mobile devices has been recorded. But we don’t need statistics to know mobile use is exploding, just look around and see how often people are staring at the small screen in their hand. Mobile First is our mantra, and interface design for ‘one hand, one thumb’ is here to stay”.

Endorsed by GlaxoSmithKline, Zine’s campaign - Digital Futures - aims to find local people who are interested in developing digital expertise. Business Owners, Employees and Job Seekers alike need to embrace digital to succeed today.

Bradley continued: “We are experts in this space, and would like to encourage you to think about how you can become fluent in digital.

Our clients, including British Gas and HM Government, look to us for digital advice and development. We have this knowledge in-house, and within our network, and are keen to share this to help develop an extended team of local people with whom we can work.”Zine has already created five successful Digital Apprenticeships across Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales and Web Development. From a wide range of diverse backgrounds, our apprentices are excelling and we would like to open up this opportunity to the people of Teesdale, your friends and families to consider a future in Digital.

We will be creating job opportunities and apprenticeships across the digital spectrum including:

* Programming
* Web design
* Front-end web development - taking design to build in software (predominately Wordpress)
* Search marketing - content writing, researching, blogging and social media
* Digital marketing
* Account management, project management, sales and business consultancy
* PPC and Google Adwords
* Google analytics

Zine Digital Futures is for experienced professionals, not just apprentices. From talented Content Writers to Business Consultants and Analysts to Marketers, there are so many possibilities for development and growth.

Bradley continued: “As we continue to expand our operations and brand, we aim to keep head office of our now international business Zine firmly based in Teesdale. We also have offices in Sunderland Software City and at Google Campus in London. From Barnard Castle we service 52 regional offices across the UK, and our first International operation is opening next month in Dubai.

Now is the time to jump on this digital wave and join us – the future is digital and that future is now.”
